1. Introduction

Welcome to WANSA Packaging . These Terms of Service govern your use of our website, products, and services. By accessing our website or purchasing our products, you agree to these terms in full. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

Established in 2010, WANSA PACKAGING specializes in paper box manufacturing with integrated design, printing, post-processing, product formation, and logistics services. Our products include packaging for cosmetics, wine, and customized luxury packaging.

2. Product Orders & Specifications

2.1 All product specifications, including dimensions, materials, finishes, and quantities, must be clearly stated and confirmed in writing before production begins.

2.2 We reserve the right to make minor adjustments to specifications where necessary to comply with safety standards or manufacturing requirements. Any significant changes will be communicated to the client for approval.

2.3 Custom designs and artwork must be provided in the required format as specified by our design team. We are not responsible for quality issues arising from inadequate design files.

2.4 Minimum order quantities apply to all custom packaging products. Please inquire with our sales team for specific requirements.

3. Pricing & Payment

3.1 All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified and are valid for 30 days from the date of quotation.

3.2 Payment terms are typically 50% deposit upon order confirmation, with the remaining balance due before shipment. For established clients, other payment terms may be negotiated.

3.3 We accept payment via bank transfer, letter of credit, and other approved methods. All banking fees are the responsibility of the client.

3.4 Late payments may result in production delays and may incur additional fees at a rate of 1.5% per month on outstanding balances.

4. Production & Delivery

4.1 Production timelines begin after receipt of deposit payment and approval of all design specifications.

4.2 Standard production time is 15-30 business days, depending on product complexity and quantity. Rush orders may be accommodated with additional fees.

4.3 Delivery terms are typically Ex Works (EXW) from our facility in Xiegang Town, Dongguan City, Guangdong Province. Other Incoterms can be arranged upon request.

4.4 We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, international shipping disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

5. Quality & Inspection

5.1 All products undergo quality control inspections before shipment to ensure they meet our standards and client specifications.

5.2 Clients may request pre-shipment inspection at their own expense. Such inspections must be scheduled at least 7 business days in advance.

5.3 Minor variations in color, texture, or finish may occur due to the nature of printing and manufacturing processes and are not considered defects.

5.4 Claims regarding product quality must be submitted within 14 days of receipt, accompanied by photographic evidence and detailed description of the issues.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Clients retain all rights to their submitted designs, logos, and other intellectual property.

6.2 By submitting designs for production, clients warrant that they have the legal right to use all elements contained therein and will indemnify Wansa against any claims of copyright or trademark infringement.

6.3 WANSA reserves the right to photograph finished products for portfolio and marketing purposes unless explicitly prohibited in writing by the client.

6.4 Our proprietary manufacturing techniques, processes, and structural designs remain the intellectual property of WANSA.

7. Confidentiality

7.1 We treat all client information, designs, and business details as confidential and will not disclose such information to third parties without explicit permission.

7.2 Non-disclosure agreements are available upon request for clients with specific confidentiality concerns.

7.3 This confidentiality obligation extends to all employees and contractors of WANSA Packaging who may have access to client information.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 Our liability for any claims arising from our products or services is limited to the amount paid for the specific products or services in question.

8.2 We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, or damage to reputation.

8.3 Force majeure events, including natural disasters, pandemics, labor disputes, or government actions that prevent us from fulfilling our obligations, will not constitute a breach of these terms.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

9.1 These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.

9.2 Any disputes arising from these terms or our products and services shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation between the parties.

9.3 If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiation, disputes shall be submitted to arbitration in Guangdong Province, China, in accordance with the rules of the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission.

10. Amendments to Terms

10.1 WANSA reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.

10.2 Continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10.3 For ongoing contracts, the terms in effect at the time of order confirmation will apply unless otherwise agreed in writing.
